Parsley – Petroselinum crispum is a diuretic, emmenagogue, carminative, antispasmodic and expectorant. Parsley is rich in vitamin c. It is useful in to improve appetite, bladder, kidney, liver, lung, stomach and thyroid function. Parsley is also used in treatment of water retention and kidney stones.
Parsley tea is made with 1- 2 teaspoon dried leaves, add 1 cup boiling water and let it brew for 3 – 5 minutes, remove the teabag or strain. Enjoy your tea
