Description
Fenugreek seek – Trigonella foenum-graecum is an expectorant and has aphrodisiac and anti-inflammatory properties. It is useful in the treatment of catarrh, hair growth, breast milk production, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels, improves digestive health and helps reduce menstrual inflammation and pains.
Prepare a decoction from a daily dose of 3 – 18 g of seed. 1 teaspoon fenugreek seed per cup of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy the tea.
