Rosemary – Rosmarinus officinalis is an astringent, decongestant, anti-oxidant, carminative and antispasmodic. Rosemary stimulates circulation and digestion, can be used as an antiseptic gargle and stimulates gall bladder function. It is useful in treatment of memory brain function and concentration, headaches and hair loss.
Rosemary tea is made with 1- 2 teaspoon dried leaves, add 1 cup boiling water and let it brew for 3 – 5 minutes, remove the teabag or strain. Enjoy your tea.
